Responsibilities and Requirements

Our client seeks an analytical marketing professional to join them as a Senior Offline Marketing Manager. In this role, you will control the marketing budget for the studio’s games and partner with various teams to develop a strategy for diverse offline channels (TV, cTV) marketing. In this role, you will have ownership of a large budget to spend across multiple platforms in pursuit of the company’s customer acquisition goals. In addition to managing TV campaigns, you will work on the marketing team’s internal analysis pipeline, producing regular reports for executive management and the use of the marketing team.

  • Allocate marketing budget and participate in high-level strategic discussions on growing our games and determining the size of our budgets
  • You will be part of the customer acquisition team while also working with the studio’s parent company for knowledge-sharing 
  • Advance our internal tools using dedicated engineering and analytics resources
  • Strengthen our relationships with external agencies and talents
  • Identify and evaluate creative growth opportunities for global expansion
  • Partner with our Brand & Marketing team to constantly innovate on our creative strategy
  • Work with other growth teams like Product Marketing and Partnerships

About You

  • Relevant work experience in Offline or Performance marketing (mobile/gaming experience is a plus)
  • You keep up to date on current marketing trends, tools, and consumer behaviour
  • You know how to set goals and measure results thanks to your project management skills
  • You can take on a variety of projects simultaneously and you are mindful of deadlines
  • You willingly take ownership and demonstrate an ability to get people on board, especially from different disciplines
  • Excellent written and spoken English
